I bought Easy Spirit Sandals in white at a retail store and loved it so much I decided to find it in another color.I have trouble wearing flat, hard soled shoes, without arch support. I need to wear sport-orthotics for arch support which I usually wear with tennis shoes or Easy Spirit lace-up shoes. This is the first sandal I've found to have enough cushion on the heel, with some arch support, to make it comfortable to stand and walk in. I'm so glad they were offered on-line! I highly recommend this shoe to anyone who needs a soft, cushioned sole (where your foot touches the shoe). I have no issues with the velcro. I fit size 6M and the width and straps work fine for me.
